Just a quick blog entry to let people know the result of the case against the driver.

He got given

  • 4 months custodial sentence suspended for 2 years
  • 300 hours community service
  • 3 year driving ban
  • Has to resit an extended driving test after 3 years
  • Pay £100 Court Costs
