Another poignant thing I forgot to mention yesterday.

After Donny had strutted his stuff to some particularly jiggy number, I asked Karen if she was enjoying herself. She was of course, but she added :-

kp:- But you realise what you can’t do that you normally would do. I would normally be up dancing with everyone else.
dp:- Aye
kp:- And I can’t clap.

I had noticed this after the first song

But I tried to get her to clap by slapping her thigh, but she wasn’t keen on that. She had too many aches and pains to be inflicting more discomfort.
