Day 122 – Sunday 28th August

I was interested this morning to see what kp’s mood was after the previous night. It could have been better, it could have been worse. She was “ok”. She has been on the same anti-depressant I have been on (Citalopram) for about 2 months. I know, from experience, that it takes the edge off really bad situations and doesn’t make them feel as bad as you perceive them to be.

I feel sure this is helping her at the moment.

We had a good chat first thing this morning, talking about this very thing and other mood-related topics. We didn’t solve anything, but “it’s good to talk”.

After the chat and before the bath, we had a snooze for about 45 minutes. It was all we needed to give us enough energy and zest for the bath.

After the bath, we had a cup of tea and some hobnobs. At 12.45pm, Marie and Veronica arrived. Both kp and I had been looking forward to seeing vdfromboro. Within minutes of her arrival, the girls were in “full gossip” mode. I could feel my eyes getting heavy and another snooze coming on. I went in the bathroom for a lie-down and 90 minutes later, they were still gossiping but were due a Tea-break to lubricate their vocal chords.

Tea-break, more gossip and then it was time for me to check out of the talk shop. I can still hear all 3 of them gossiping and I am 18 miles away.

Tomorrow is Adele’s Party, so we’ll try and get some photos to complement what should be a fun time to report.

    hey kp and dp of course…..

    hows it going??? well its same oh ame oh this end im affraid…..never mind…i feel awful when i get a bit p(pardon my french) off coz if its bad for me then hey pet i take my hat off to you both…and downer’s only help you appreciate the up’s..asd me granny would say….she talked some sense,well some of the time anyway…and it was befor the dementia set in….lol

    ok an unevenful day for me weekend too…but wait till you read what lydia has been up to….im posting the blog for her tonight…lol…. kp hold on to ya belly…..i almost fell over laughing….

    ok chuck im on a early with the north teams on tuesday so am going to ring marie tonight and hopefully pop in on my way home from work….

    have a fab party tomorrow and you be the ‘queen mother’….lol…..

    happy birhtday to …oh i forget which one it is now…but you know me…..happy birthday anyway….

    Great workout…..!
    then slipped on wet floor onthe way to the shower…!!! did a tripple salco with a full twist landing face down on left tit…! LOL gucci watch and dignity intact as no one in the changeing rooms…and my towel never fell off…!!! LOL Big sore titty, or should that be sore Big titty…LOL

    ps good job wasnt you..or you would have burst one of the girls….LOL i was like frank spencer on ice….LOL’
