good evening kp, its very late, just got back form supper with jeff..thought id have a peep at you and see how your doing…
boy that physio puts you through your pace’s..doesnt she.’OWWWW’ is right…lol
will try and give you a ring over the weekend and check on dates, loop on holiday till monday so after consultation with both of you will set a date for the next day out,
our Victoria is home this weekend for 3 weeks or so, then off to Bagdad for 6months, bit scarey for me, wish i could go in her place..
took alex shopping last saturday for her prom dress, its beautiful..will have to takesome pictures of her all dressed up and looking like a grown up..lol
ok pet a bit boreing i know, but thats all ive been up to..
you seem to be doing well at the moment and hope it continues..
keep up the exercise’s and you can demonstrate the getting up movement next time i see you…or maybe not..lol
