I JUST KNEW!!! That after last weeks startling physio performance you’d expect even more of yourself this week. IN FACT I told our Karen the exact thing. Whatever you still went for it so well done. I agree with Dp that by the end of this week you’ll be better than last Friday, so can we try a week by week comparison.
As for Jane and her cucumbers I wonder if she used the same pitch to give Tony a rest? Of all my friends there’s no one that talks as much about sex as Jane (Ups is that allowed on the blog).
I saw the boss today, but I’ll tell you about that when I see you. Phil rang today to say that he’d seen a job I should go for and is emailing me details, but I think now is not the time for that.
I hope your arm is starting to feel better, as said before Wednesday’s procedure is easy (once they find one of those viens of yours), I’ll ring Wednesday evening as I’m setting out for the Peak District on Thursday, so apologies in advance for the lack of blog messages till I see you.
I’m off to call Jane, also let Marie know that I’ll call her regarding visits and providing lifts to the hospital, although Marie may not be the first one in line for a lift!!

this is a p.s from me, Jane was’nt in, or not answering (lets not mention cucumbers).
Anyway I called Irene and gave her an up date on your progress. She laughed so much last week when I told her you wanted a picture of her with grey hair. We some how ended up talking about her hair again. She said “well I’ve decided to go down shouting, I’m getting highlights!!”
Ohhh arhhh Mrs I thought. “Are you getting blonde highlights” I asked.
She said ” Bloody hell no”.
“What colour are you getting then Mam”.
She had no answer regarding the colour, she just said ” I told you I’m getting highlights”. I’m not too sure if she’s got this highlight thing?
I then said that myself and Karen would pay for her highlights, as she’d have to get them done again at sometime (I still have no idea of the colour).
She said “Bugger off if I can’t treat myself now, when can I”
I told her I was meant to get a picture for you and she said “Well you are going to be too late”.
But I will get a picture of Irene with highlights when I return from the north. There’s life in her yet, approaching 80, she still make’s me laugh, I’ll let you know the colour (of her highlights when I see it). Good for her.
