    Well Karen – I expect you to “strut your funky stuff” and do your exercises at the same time. Can’t you play some music for your leg exercises so that you can “get into the groove” – (David you may have over looked something, you should have broken out into song twice during this blog. Don’t tell me your too young for the 70′s classics)- so back to the music Karen, if you had a CD player you may not have to listen to David repeating the exercise moves, or is his singing just as bad. I think I prefer the last exercise 3 p.m go to pub.
    Jane I hope you participating and have your leotard on with a Mars bar stuck in your belt – bit too hot for the leg warmers Jane, leave them at home. I’ll shake a leg in support Karen. As Jane said most physio’s are related to Hitler but it is for your own good. I remember one physio shouting at me, surprisingly he survived, he now sends me Christmas cards.
    Anyway I could blog all day but can’t, I think I’ve peaked anyway.
    Now you are reading, think we should have some 70′s song titles and name the singer quiz. Will blog again – go everyone at working thinking of 70′s songtitles now.
