don’t forget the physio tip regarding forefinger to nose, to help your posture. If your posture isn’t right you will get pains in your back and thats from someone who knows about such things – ME.
Dp your description and pictures total up to a lovely looking day. And yes I agree with you, when I was a wee bairn at their age, I too was tucked up in bed much earlier. Then again let you and Karen enjoy.
Just to let you both know I’m late back from work, but that does’nt mean that I’m not thinking about you both. Your blogs are just as important to me as they have always been.

Great pictures!!! Can I just say, from a cury haired persons perspective, Louisa looks like she’s going to loose them soon. Sorry to those that want her to have them, but I know how much of a bitch curls can be in your life, e.g no man has ever run his hands through my hair, because he always got his fingures tied in my hair knots.

Hey Louisa looks just like you David the glasses on(Adele will kill me for saying that) Looks like you had a great day out I have been to fun city today (same kind of place) with 18 kids from the youth club thank god they go to the toilet themselves.I am worn out but the kids all had fun. You will be able to have some great days in the summer holidays with Louisa and Abby and you will get some great nights sleep because you will be tired out speake soon Love an Hugs Margo
