Hi Karen,
well you are certainly having more problems with your turning than I ever did, I really do know how it feels, you put up with the uncomfortable position till you really can stand it no more, but diazipan (can’t spell) did for me, knock out drops great stuff! I expect you’ll be having a quiet Sunday after a night like that. It will get better Karen, its just that at the moment you find it difficult to imagine, bet you’ll be on top form when I come to see you Friday – a week makes a big difference during the recovery process. They always say they can’t give you anymore pain killers, kick up enough of a stink and you’ll get them. I’m Blogging at Phils as I can’t blog from home, apprantly something to do with my Java something, I can read the site from home but can’t post you my blog message.

I’m in Manchester all next week, I’ll leave there Thursday after work and I’m staying with Jane that night! I’ll stay till Saturday so don’t think you’ll get rid of me that quickly. Got to rush as Phil is going out and I’m sat here blogging. I love blogging to you. David is such a star for setting this up

Hi David
when I had a run in with a hospital I found the following most effective
1. Call the Chief Exec – you may not get through but badgering the PA worked for me.
2. Most hospitals have “Patient Liason” person, or some title like that
3. Contact the Primary Care Trust for that hospital – the government makes each one have a complaints procedure – it worked for me.
