Well Kp up and showered before Dp, another record, well done!
I’ve had similar frustrations with my sisters medical appointments, not due to the NHS, due to my sister. She seems to have lost her memory while taking a bang to the head during her fall. Suffice to say having been there yesterday and back again today, I’ve only managed to deliver her to the dentist. The Doctors is now 5.30 today, whereas she should have been there at 8.30 a.m which she realised at 9.15 a.m.
Trying to keep to some type of routine, not totally successful yet. At least I did an early morning rise today.

We are all fine down here and had a lovely christmas. We have at long last got a new computer, so Mark very excited and has started editing the camcorder tapes for the last 3 years! So not seeing much of him in evenings lately, but some fun viewing ahead!
