    Hello Dp, Kp & Jb,
just before the tongues start wagging it’s 12.15 a.m. and I’m going to bed – alone.

Now on to the most important things:

    1. The picture of Karen at the hospital on Friday is mint, your sleeping face says sod off to any one who dares to wake me.

    2. Therefore I’m not too sure how this mornings carer escaped with their life. Waking you at 7.30 a.m, David you are a very brave man.

Anyway as said tonight, Irene and Keith loved seeing you on the DVD.

    It went something like this:

    Irene: Snuffle, snuffle, tissie

    Keith: Isn’t she great

    Irene: Who’s that

    Irene/KeithL: There’s Michelle

Irene: ohhh is that David, what a marvel he is, Kieth I said what a marvel he is; yes says Keith

Irene/Keith: Who is she? It’s Louisa, Karen’s great niece, they loved her curly hair.

Irene: well you never said I’d need this many tissues

In short they oohhheeedd and aarrgghhed through out it all.

They were so happy to see you Karen, why because they know how much it means to everyone.

So in Irene and Keith speak,

” we just hope she bloody well enjoys everything, because she deserves it”

I hope you get a feel for Irene’s and Kieth’s love for you, David and all the family.

    Take care my friend

Hi Karen and David, I hope you are both doing ok and you have got over the shock of the early start!
I just wanted to say a big thank you to David for the video clip of the homecoming which I have just watched in my lunch break, you were right David, several tissues were needed and everyone at work will now wonder what is the wrong with me!
It looked like such a wonderful day and I am so sorry I couldn’t be there with you but am looking forward to seeing you on 25th!
What struck me watching the video is how far you have come and what you have both been through during the last 7 months. How you have both coped is amazing, I looked at you and thought what special people you are, and Marie too, she is one in a million! I have absolute admiration for you all. An emotional moment!

Well, take care. I’d better put my mind back to doing some work. Speak soon,
    All my love
    Tracey xxx
