Well, I’m back down south as you both know, Janice my friend who we met up with in Durham was texting me, while still on the M1, about the house and what I thought of it. Jane had told her of her plans for me to meet a Swede (while skiing) and buy a house up north.
It was a great weekend and yet another milestone in your recovery Karen, if you think me and Jb are going to get hacked off with you having a bad day forget it. We are, as always, in it for the duration. At least we can share constipation stories.
Jb is so happy being back on the soffa in Esh Winning.
Dp we/you forgot to mention on the blog that the waiter, who delivered the bannana split, without the bannana, did so within a whisker of his life, as Tb was about to get really annoyed with the late delivery
Ahy it were a gran weekend, topped off with Michelle laughing at the arrival of the not so bannana split thing.
Hello Marie, sorry you missed out on the celebrations, I really hope you are feeling better now. We’ll see you at the blog party, to make up for it.
Anyway the house is more likely than a blonde Swede (as Kp knows) but I’ll do my best.
Kp if you can try and swallow some of that stuff we spoke about (constipation) it may help, just try and keep it down, even though we know your stomach has never been lined with leather, unlike mine.
Just think in a couple of weeks time you’ll be back with the dogs, cows mooing (or however you spell it). So your next challenge is to stand in the kitchen and make two cups of tea. Dp will have to be happy with that, then we’ll move on to the ironing.
