Whilst I am so pleased the op is over and successful, it is upsetting to think how far Karen ( and the family) still has to go. Emotions are up and down reading the progress so really feel for you all going through it every day with her.

It has took me a week to log on and have had to do it as annonymous, not sure why I can’t do it!

so you are back with your favourite nurses, asking for icecreams! Plus you’ve had major surgery, seems to work for you! Even though I really know you hate it, because you can’t say or do what you want to do – so take a chill pill, and “cath yourself on” only hope that someone says “catch yourself on” with an Irish accent, because thats how we always say it, tee hee hee ! Day 23 in the big brother hospital, and we are all still with you and you are winning the votes!

Well, after reading this, it certainly puts my life in perspective. You (David) are a hero, your website is wonderful. Your love for Karen shines through on every page. I have sat here and cried my eyes out. As the song says,, we always hurt the ones we love, Karen is using you as her whipping post, we all do it whether we realise it or not. She doesn’t mean to hurt you David. She does so as she knows she can, as you love her so much and will continue to do so. Karen, be nice to David!! Karen you’re a heroine. I am constantly amazed by your strength and determination as I read this site. Heros and heroine’s stick together. ..
