glad to here you’ve had a good couple of days, the physio sounds like its going really well.
Alan and Sue say hello. The athletics was a really good night out, having said that the Brits did not do well at all. Myself and Alan kept laughing as all Jack had eye’s for was the womens pole vault (well he is 14!). His ogle eye’s were rewarded with a world record – think it was a Russian women and a British record obviously by the Brit.
I’m so glad the grand daddy (as Dp says) of all anti sickness drugs is working.
