Well, no lesson today

Snow quite bad in the north east. Going to brave it and try and go and see Avatar 3D. First time I’ve been to the cinema in many years !

    This is yesterday’s lesson in the snow. Didn’t take off from the icy apron in front of the pumps but flew the rest (including the dodgy landing). Did one hour of instrument flying en-route – bringing up a total of 10 hrs PPL(H).

    Having trouble with the microphone in the headset…

    Thanks for that Declan. What a beautiful day. Looks like a different country with all that snow.

    Was great to watch. Good choice of music too. The landing reminded me of MANY of my attempts !! It must have been at least a month since I last flew (maybe even 2) and I can well see me doing similar ones when I finally get back in the seat !!!

    Amazing for 10 hours – good for you !
